Personally, I’d add the following to the list:
“Do you understand what I’m saying?”
“Do you get me?”

To me, the person saying that is either telling you he / she thinks you are an idiot what cannot comprehend what he / she is saying or he / she has a lack of confidence in his / her own ability to communicate.

Unfortunately, some of my closest friends / colleagues display this behavior. So far, this has not affected how I view them.

Go on and take a look at the other phrases that may make you pull out your hair, make you punch the speaker or start a war.
