Today I walked a few KM home, even purchasing a loaf of bread and a bottle of Vanish (to try to restore the colours of some of my shirts and t-shirts) en route.
It’s only when I am at the gate that I realized I don’t have the house keys with me.
Katheen (wife) and Jesse (son) were both out. I called and got no reply.
I had with me my Android phone and the Dell Vostro 1720 (which is 3+ kg, rendering my backpack 5+ kg.)
I got Kathleen on the line later. She would be back soon, in 20 minutes.
While I was typing this on my Dell, I could feel an ant biting my shin, also Kathleen just got home.
I am going to take a nice shower and eat.
