As Christians, we often face challenges and doubts along our journey of faith. It is during these times that we need to remind ourselves of God’s promises and draw strength from His Word.
Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing. (1 Thess 5:11)
A Christian is like a piece of burning coal. When we stick together, we keep the flame alive. When we are away from others, the fire may fizzle out. Fellowship within the community of faith is vital to keep the fire burning. We keep each other encouraged. When you are down, others encourage you. When another one is discouraged, you encourage them.
I invite you to say this prayer.
My Father in Heaven, thank you for your unfailing love and strength. Help us to place within our community of faith. Help us to walk together so we can encourage one another. Renew our strength and faith. Guide us, uplift us, and keep us steadfast in our walk with you. In the name of Jesus, amen.
