He Hears

There are nights when the prayers feel empty, when your words seem to bounce off the ceiling. You ask, you plead, you cry – and still, the breakthrough does not come.

But do not mistake the silence for absence. God hears.

Psalm 34:17 says, “The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles.” He hears. Not might. Not sometimes. Every whispered prayer, every broken sob, every groaning in your spirit – he hears it all.

Sometimes his answer is immediate. Sometimes it is slow. And sometimes, he is working in ways we cannot yet see. But never doubt that your voice reaches heaven.

You may not see the full picture. You may not understand the delay. But trust is not built on what we feel – it is built on who he is. And he is faithful.

So, keep praying. Keep crying out. Even if all you can say is “Father, help me” – say it.

Because he is not deaf to your pain. He is not distant. He is near.

And even now, even here, he hears you.
