Navigating Life’s Curves: A Journey Through Psalms in the 2024 DUMC Bible Reading Plan

Are you ready to embark on a journey through the Psalms in our 2024 Bible Reading Plan? For the second time since the week of 15 April, we are reading 5 chapters of Psalms in a week. Buckle up, because the next week promises a rollercoaster of emotions as we delve into five powerful Psalms – 37, 109, 69, 70, and 143.
The Central Theme: Wrestling with Life’s Unfairness and Finding Refuge in God
These Psalms paint a picture of real-life struggles. We will encounter the frustration of the righteous facing injustice (Psalm 37), the sting of betrayal (Psalm 109), the depths of despair (Psalm 69), the urgency of a desperate plea (Psalm 70), and the raw honesty of a yearning heart (Psalm 143).
