Dear readers, this week, we embark on a journey through the Bible, exploring the profound theme of God’s sovereignty and our reliance on Him. These passages, though diverse, share a common thread that weaves through the tapestry of faith.

- Psalm 23 – A psalm I meditate on every day.
- 1 Kings 2:13-46 – Solomon’s dependance on God early in his reign as king.
These passages highlight our complete reliance on God. From David’s final words to Solomon’s early reign, we see the importance of trusting in God’s guidance. Psalms 131 and 139 deepen this theme by emphasizing God’s constant presence and care. Reading these passages together help us to appreciate the intricate relationship between human responsibility and God’s sovereignty.
