There are just a few more days before we step into 2025. This is the time we normally pause and reflect on the faithfulness of God that remains steadfast through every season. You have challenges or triumphs in 2024. You can now be ready to embrace a new year with hope and joy, anchored in the faithfulness of our Lord and Saviour.
“May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” (Rom 15:13).
Paul calls us to trust in God’s plans, even when the path ahead seems uncertain.
To many of us, 2025 is a blank canvas. God is the Master Artist. He is painting a masterpiece in our lives. To some of us, it’s a work in progress from before 2025. Let us choose to walk boldly into this year, not with fear or doubt, but with the faith that God is at work.
May we also remember the importance of thanksgiving and fellowship. By sharing our testimonies, serving one another, and encouraging those around us, we can spread the light of Christ in a world that longs for hope.
As the clock strikes midnight on New Year’s Day and we step into a new chapter, let us proclaim with joy that
“The Lord has done it this very day; let us rejoice today and be glad.” (Ps 118:24)
Here is to a year filled with hope, joy, and God’s abundant blessings. Happy New Year!
